Scope and Data Handling Principles
This policy applies to the LWVPN website, user panel, client download pages, ticket system, and related subscription services. Data is processed only as needed to authenticate accounts, provide international routes, manage orders, calculate usage, resolve faults, and maintain the website. Different features require different data; if a feature is not used, no related business record is created for it.
No email address is required during registration; an account can be created with a username and password. Accordingly, this service does not make an email address a registration requirement. Users should keep their login credentials secure. When accessing the user panel on a shared device, users should sign out and clear any retained session data in the browser after use.
Accounts, Orders & Access Analytics
The account system processes usernames, authentication information, plan status, used traffic, remaining entitlements, and ticket content to identify accounts, deliver subscriptions, calculate usage, and respond to service requests. Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment method, payment status, creation and completion times, and necessary transaction identifiers. This information is used to confirm payments, handle order disputes, apply refund rules, and maintain accounting records.
Website analytics may process technical information such as access times, page paths, browser and device types, referring pages, language settings, and network addresses. This helps identify page issues, assess content usage, and maintain basic security. Analytics are primarily aggregated and are not used to build profiles of users' activity on international websites or combined with content accessed through the routes.
No-Logs Position & Connection Records
LWVPN does not record which websites users access through international routes, and does not retain transmission content, search queries, or traffic records that could be used to reconstruct specific browsing activity. Traffic usage required to operate the routes is counted against the account to enforce plan limits and display usage status, but it does not include destination or content details.
Routine connections do not create a long-term connection history that can be used to trace user activity. Only when investigating connection failures, security anomalies, or resource abuse may the system generate necessary short-term diagnostic records, such as error types, server component status, and event times. These records are used solely for troubleshooting and are deleted or de-identified after the issue is handled. They are not used for advertising analytics or user profiling.
Cookies & Local Storage
The website and user panel use cookies or browser local storage to retain login sessions, interface language, necessary security states, and certain preferences. This data keeps users signed in, restores page settings, and reduces repetitive actions. Disabling necessary storage may prevent the user panel from maintaining a session or require the language and account login to be selected again.
Browsers generally allow users to view, restrict, or clear cookies and local storage. After they are cleared, saved login states and preferences will also expire. Identifiers used for access analytics are limited to website operations analysis and the purposes described in this policy.
Payment Processing, Data Retention & Deletion
This service supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant third-party payment provider or network. LWVPN does not directly store complete authentication information for third-party payment accounts. Payment providers process transaction information under their own rules; users should review the applicable privacy notices and transaction terms before payment.
Account information is retained while the account remains in use. Order, refund, and transaction status records are kept as needed to provide the service, handle disputes, and meet applicable accounting requirements. Ticket content is retained until the issue and any necessary follow-up checks are complete. Access analytics and diagnostic data are deleted, aggregated, or de-identified once their purposes have been fulfilled.
Users may submit requests to access, correct, or delete account information through the ticket entry in the user panel. LWVPN will first verify control of the account before processing data eligible for deletion. Records that must be retained because of incomplete orders, dispute handling, security investigations, or applicable requirements will continue to be handled under this policy until the relevant conditions end. Residual copies in backups are removed through the normal backup rotation and are not used for routine business operations.

This policy may be updated when service features, data handling practices, or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed. Changes that materially affect the scope of data processing will be noted in an appropriate location on the website or user panel. Users are encouraged to review the updated policy before continuing to use the service.
