These terms apply to the cross-border access, international routes, and related subscription services provided by LWVPN. By visiting the website, creating an account, or using the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow the terms below.
Service Scope and Applicability
LWVPN provides network connection resources covering 90+ countries and 200+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Available routes, connection methods, and client access points are based on the information shown in the user panel at the time. Connection results may vary by region, network conditions, destination website policies, and device configuration. Users should choose routes suited to their actual needs.
The service is intended to improve cross-border access and connection performance when visiting international websites. It does not operate, authorize, or endorse any third-party website, application, or content. Third-party services may independently change regional policies, account rules, and technical restrictions, and resulting access changes are outside LWVPN's direct control.
Account and Subscription Rules
Users may create an account with a username and password without an email address. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and ticket activity under their accounts. If unusual account access is detected, users should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
Subscriptions support an unlimited number of devices, but may only be used by the account holder and devices within that person's reasonable control. Unlimited devices does not permit public sharing, bulk distribution, rental, resale of subscriptions, or the provision of connection services to unspecified parties. The account holder is responsible for account risks, traffic usage, or access issues caused by shared credentials.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Package details, available traffic, and active status are determined by the orders and subscription records in the user panel.
Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, as well as the service rules of the websites and applications they access. Users must not use LWVPN for unlawful activities, infringe the legitimate rights of others, distribute illegal content, or conduct attacks, malicious scanning, fraud, bulk abuse of resources, or other activities that may affect routes or normal platform operation.
Users must not attempt to interfere with service infrastructure, bypass account permissions, copy protected service configurations, or continuously consume resources through automation in a manner clearly beyond normal personal use. LWVPN may review unusual activity and take necessary measures to maintain route order, security, and normal use for other users.
Refunds, Payments, and Service Availability
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through a user panel ticket so the relevant account and order can be verified. When a refund is returned through the original payment channel, processing time may be affected by the procedures of Alipay, WeChat, or USDT.
Network services may experience brief interruptions, speed fluctuations, or connection differences due to route maintenance, upstream network changes, equipment environments, regional network changes, force majeure, or third-party service policies. LWVPN will maintain routes and service functions within a reasonable scope, but does not absolutely guarantee continuous availability of any specific route, uninterrupted access to any specific website, or any fixed connection result.
Users should retain necessary account information and configuration records and choose routes according to their use case. To the extent permitted by applicable law, LWVPN is not responsible for losses caused by user device failures, incorrect settings, third-party account restrictions, local network conditions, or events beyond the service's control.
Restrictions, Suspension, and Account Termination
If a user violates these terms, resells or publicly shares a subscription, endangers service facilities, affects other users' normal connections, or uses the service for unlawful activity, LWVPN may restrict relevant functions, suspend service, or terminate the account according to the level of risk. To control an ongoing security risk, some measures may be taken first and reviewed afterward based on ticket findings.
Users may stop using the service. Orders already placed, traffic consumed, and refund processing will continue to be handled under these terms and the records in the user panel. Account termination does not affect obligations incurred before termination and does not release users from responsibility for the consequences of improper use.
Changes and Interpretation
LWVPN may revise these terms due to changes in service content, compliance requirements, or operating rules. The updated version will be published on this page with the month of the last update. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised content. Users who disagree with a change should stop using the service and submit a request if they meet the refund conditions.
These terms, together with the package page and specific order information in the user panel, form the service agreement. If page descriptions and order records differ regarding a specific package, traffic amount, or active status, the order record confirmed by the user will prevail. Refund commitments remain subject to the rules stated on this page.
