How to Organize Your Submission

The more specific your description, the easier it is to distinguish issues involving account status, client configuration, the current network environment and the target service.

  • Account and subscription: Explain whether the issue occurs during login, plan activation, traffic reset, plan upgrade or client download.
  • Route connection: Specify the platform used, destination region, selected route type and the steps taken before and after the issue occurred.
  • Accessing international websites: Specify the target service, whether you are using a webpage or an app, whether a connection can be established and what happened after switching routes.
  • Payment and refunds: State whether you used Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT, and include order details that can be used for verification in the ticket.
  • Screenshots and error messages: Keep the complete error text and indicate where it appeared; cover your password and other sensitive information before submitting.
QUICK CHECK

Quick Check Before Submitting

Checking the basic status can reduce back-and-forth requests for information and help prevent plan rules from being mistaken for connection failures.

Do I need to provide an email address when registering?
No email address is required; you can register with a username and password. Store your login details securely so you can access the user panel to view your subscription and tickets.
Do I need an additional plan to use multiple devices?
This service supports an unlimited number of devices. If performance differs between devices, list the platform and connection result for each one in the ticket. Supported platforms are Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux.
What information should I provide about a route issue?
Provide the platform used, target service, selected region, route type, complete error message and the switching steps you have already tried. Do not write only “Unable to use it,” as that makes it difficult to identify where the problem occurs.
What should I do if my plan status has not changed after payment?
First, re-enter the user panel and check the order and plan status. If it still has not updated, describe the payment method and order details in a ticket. Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.
Where can I submit a refund request?
Submit a refund request through a user panel ticket. This service offers refunds without giving a reason within 7 days, and support will verify and process the request based on the order record.
