CONNECTION GUIDE

LWVPN Connection Basics

Complete the basic setup in this order: account, plan, subscription, import, and connection. Focus on the current task at each stage instead of switching repeatedly between clients.

No email address required Unlimited devices Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux 7-day no-questions-asked refund
ACCOUNT
Set Up Access Credentials

Create an Account and Save Your Login Details

First, open the account creation page in the LWVPN user panel. Set a username and password; no email address is required. Use the username to access the user panel later, and use the password to protect your plans, orders, and subscription details. Choose a username that is easy for you to recognize but not directly tied to another public identity. Store the password separately and avoid reusing it across services.

If the page takes you to the user panel or shows a login option after submission, the account has been created. Sign in with the username and password you just set, and confirm that you can see areas such as Overview, Plans, and Clients. Do not look for route files or enter server parameters manually at this stage. If no plan is active yet, subscription details may not have been generated; continue to the Plans section instead.

If you remain on the same page after submitting, read the messages near the input fields. Check whether the username is already in use and whether the password meets the page requirements, then edit the relevant field. Do not repeatedly submit the same information. Once you can enter the panel, move on to plan selection so the order is linked directly to the current account.

PLAN
Choose How You Will Use Your Data

Choose a Plan and Complete the Order

After signing in, open the Plans section. LWVPN monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Start by considering your main use: occasional access to international resources and content may suit a lower allowance, while frequent video, cloud-file, or AI Tools use calls for more monthly data. Mid-term upgrades are prorated by the price difference and remaining days, so there is no need to choose a plan larger than your actual needs at the outset.

For an irregular usage schedule, consider data packages that remain valid until exhausted and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Monthly subscriptions suit relatively consistent usage, while data packages work well for intermittent use or when you prefer to control your own consumption pace. The two product types use different metering rules, so confirm the product name and data rules before continuing.

After choosing a plan, open the order confirmation area. Check the plan name, amount, and account, then select an available payment method: Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After payment, return to the user panel and do not create the same order again. If the order status has not updated, reopen Orders or Overview to check. Subscription details will appear in full only after the order becomes active.

View Plans in the Panel All plans support unlimited devices and include a 7-day no-questions-asked refund.
SUBSCRIPTION
Load the Route Configuration

Get the Subscription Link from Account Overview

Once the order is active, open Account Overview in the user panel. Find the subscription details or subscription link section to access the configuration for the current account. A subscription link is not an ordinary web address: it lets the client read the node list and sync updates, so there is no need to copy cities, routes, or connection parameters one by one.

Use the panel's copy action to place the link temporarily on the system clipboard, then go straight to the client to import it. Keep the subscription link only on your own devices. Do not publish it on public pages or share it with untrusted third parties. To configure another device you own, sign in to the user panel again and copy the link from Overview rather than storing it long-term in public chats or shared documents.

A link shown in tutorials may look like https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. This is only a format example and cannot be used to connect. Always obtain the current account-generated content from the LWVPN user panel. This page does not display a real subscription address or provide a copyable static route configuration.

If subscription details do not appear in Overview, return to Orders and confirm that the order is active. Also check that you are signed in to the account used to place the order. Do not construct a domain or modify the link parameters yourself. If the order is active but the content is still missing, submit a ticket from the user panel and describe the order status and Overview status you see.

Open Account Overview Copy the complete link without truncating its query parameters.
IMPORT
Import the Configuration for Your Platform

Import the Subscription into Your Platform Client

First, get the LWVPN client matching your current system from the Clients section of the user panel. Client access is provided through the panel; this page does not host direct installer links. After installation, keep the subscription link on your clipboard and follow the section for your platform. The goal of the first import is simply to display the route list; do not change advanced network settings beforehand.

DESKTOP

Windows

Open the LWVPN client for Windows. In the main interface or sidebar, look for subscription management, configuration management, or Import from URL. Choose Add Subscription and paste the complete link you copied into the address field. You can name it LWVPN for easy identification. Save it, run an update, and wait for the client to load the configuration and display regions or routes.

The Windows client may request system network permissions the first time you connect. Confirm that the request comes from the newly installed LWVPN client, allow the configuration, and return to the client to choose a route. If the link cannot be saved, check for spaces before or after it. If it saves but the list is empty, run one manual update instead of repeatedly creating the same subscription.

DESKTOP

macOS

Open the LWVPN client for macOS. From the menu bar or client window, enter the configuration area and choose Add Remote Configuration, Import from Clipboard, or add via URL. Paste the subscription link, confirm it, and update the configuration. Once the route list appears, the import stage is complete; next, choose a specific region to connect.

When you start a connection for the first time, macOS may ask you to allow a network extension or add a system configuration. Follow the system prompts and complete the action using the device's authorization method. If the client shows the import as complete but the system does not connect, reopen the client and check whether system authorization is complete. Do not replace the client workflow by manually editing network interfaces.

MOBILE

Android

After getting the LWVPN client for Android from the user panel, install it and open its Subscription or Configuration page. Tap Add, choose Import from Link or Read from Clipboard, save the subscription, and update it. Some interfaces ask for a configuration name before showing the address field; follow the order shown on screen.

The first connection on Android displays a system network connection confirmation. Allow it, return to the client, and confirm that the status at the top has changed. If the system pauses the client to save battery, you may need to reopen it after leaving it in the background for a long time. During basic setup, keep the client in the foreground for the import and first connection before testing the target app.

MOBILE

iOS

Open the iOS client access area from the user panel, install the compatible client, and open subscription management. On the Add Configuration page, choose Import via URL, paste the complete subscription link, and save it. If the client supports clipboard detection, first verify that the detected address is complete, then confirm the addition.

When you start a connection for the first time, iOS asks to add a system network configuration. Confirm it, complete authorization in the system interface, then return to the client and choose a route. After setup, you typically only need to switch nodes and update the subscription in the client; there is no need to repeatedly add the system configuration. If you change clients, copy the subscription again from the user panel and use the new client's import entry.

Get the Client Get both the client and subscription through the user panel.
ROUTE
Match the Target Region

Update the Subscription and Choose a Route

After importing, run a subscription update once and confirm that the client displays multiple regions or routes. Prioritize the region where the target service is available rather than choosing by route name alone. For example, when accessing a service with Japan-specific content, test a Japan node first; for work services in Singapore, start with a Singapore route. Matching the region is generally more reliable than repeatedly chasing momentary status changes in the interface.

If several routes are available in the same region, choose any one and connect. If pages load slowly, streaming output stops, or the target app cannot establish a session, disconnect and switch to another route in the same region. Disconnect before switching to avoid leftover connection states and make the result easier to assess. Do not change the client mode, system proxy, and route at the same time, or it will be difficult to identify which change mattered.

IEPL dedicated routes, relays, and direct connections have different requirements and link paths, so this page does not cover protocol or network principles. For IP region detection, long-lived connections, streaming output, or developer-tool configuration, read the Complete AI Guide; to browse available regions, visit Global Nodes. At the beginner stage, keep the subscription updated, choose a clear region, and test one route at a time.

VERIFY
Confirm the Configuration Works

Connect and Complete an Access Check

Choose a route and click Connect, then wait until the client clearly shows Connected. Do not rely on the button color alone; also confirm that the system status area shows the corresponding network connection indicator. Next, open a target website or app that normally requires an international route and perform a normal action, such as loading a page, signing in to an existing account, or making a content request.

Use a single target first during verification. If it opens normally, test other services you use regularly. This helps distinguish between a connection that was never established and a target service that requires a different region. On the web, close old pages and reopen them; in an app, exit completely and restart it to reduce the effect of cached pre-connection state.

If the client shows Connected but the target remains inaccessible, check in this order: update the subscription and confirm the route list is current; disconnect and switch to another route in the same region; check whether the client has enabled a system proxy or global traffic-handling option suitable for everyday use; then restart the target app. Test after each step instead of changing every setting at once.

If the client cannot connect to any route, check whether the plan is still active, whether the subscription link belongs to the current account, and whether the system has allowed the client to add its network configuration. If the cause remains unclear, open the ticket area in the user panel and describe the platform, the client status, the route regions tested, and whether the subscription can update. Do not paste the complete subscription link anywhere outside the ticket.

CHECKPOINT

How to Confirm Basic Setup Is Complete

  • The client can update the subscription and display the route list.
  • After choosing a route, both the client and system show that the connection is established.
  • The target website or app loads normally through the selected region.
  • When switching routes, disconnect the old connection before establishing the new one.

Once these checks are complete, the basic connection workflow is finished. Everyday use mainly involves opening the client, updating the subscription, choosing the target region, and connecting. For AI service region detection, API calls, IDE plugins, command-line environments, or persistent-connection troubleshooting, continue with the Complete AI Guide instead of changing complex parameters during basic setup.
